REMARKS
This is a one-owner helicopter and has been operated and maintained since new in accordance with Bell Heli-copter Flight Manual Limitations and Maintenance Manual Procedures.
It is NOTED that although this helicopter caries a military designation as TH-67A, it is considered to be a com-mercial helicopter and is certified under the same Type Certification as the Bell 206BIII Helicopter.
The following 2 pages show the times remaining on all life limited components that require retirement or over-haul in accordance with Bell Helicopter Maintenance Manual Limitations. As a pre-owned helicopter, the mar-ket recognizes that a Component Residual Value (CRV) of 50% or higher is considered a positive factor.
CRV for this helicopter is 59.3%
