The Bombardier Challenger 605 is a large-cabin business jet. As the fourth incarnation of the original Challenger 600 model, the Challenger 605 was introduced to the market in 2007 as an upgrade on the Challenger 604 and was replaced by the Challenger 650 on Bombardier’s production line in 2015.
The AvBuyer Opinion: With almost 300 units sold between 2007 and 2015, Bombardier clearly hit a sweet spot in the market with the spacious cabin, competitive operating costs and range, and notable reliability of the Challenger 605. Today, the CL605 continues to attract interest in the pre-owned market.

You could opt to join General Electric's hourly engine program for the CF34-3B powerplants. Or, you could enrol your aircraft with a third-party hourly maintenance cost program provider like JSSI.
Buyers of used Challenger 605 jets should shop the market for aircraft already enrolled on such programs, understanding exactly what is covered.
It's a good idea to charter a Challenger 605 and try before you buy.
This way you can assess the range capability and cabin comfort with a typical passenger and luggage payload, establishing how well the jet fits your mission needs.
